First Balloon Review

Released on 4th July 2024, First Balloon is a hot-air-balloon crash game from PopOK Gaming. Its character launches from a colourful town before ascending through the sky with a rising multiplier.

Players can place one or two wagers on the same ascent. Each can be collected manually or assigned an automatic exit point before the balloon leaves the ground.

The RTP is 97% and the maximum multiplier is 10,000x. An uncollected wager is lost if the balloon’s journey ends before Cash Out is pressed.

How to play First Balloon

A betting countdown appears while the balloon is preparing to leave the town.

1. Set the stake: Choose the amount on the first betting panel. Activate the second if you want another wager on the ascent.

2. Choose a collection target: Enter an automatic multiplier if you want the game to settle the wager at a predefined point.

3. Place the bet: Confirm each wager before the balloon takes off.

4. Watch the ascent: The balloon rises above the town while the multiplier increases from 1.00x.

5. Collect the return: Press Cash Out before the journey finishes to receive the stake multiplied by the displayed value.

6. Avoid being carried too far: Any active wager loses when the balloon’s flight ends.

The panels can use different stakes and collection instructions. Settling one does not affect the status of the other.

Both bets are attached to the same balloon. The second panel provides another collection decision rather than a separate result.

Automatic collection works only when the balloon reaches the selected target. It cannot settle a wager after the round has already finished.

First Balloon - Design

First Balloon’s finest artwork appears before the balloon has even left the ground. Its town has the warmth and detail of a small storybook settlement.

Buildings, scenery and the central character create the impression of a place that exists beyond the immediate multiplier. PopOK Gaming deserves credit for investing this much attention in the departure scene.

Unfortunately, much of that character remains behind when the balloon takes off. The airborne portion provides less environmental detail and fewer changes than the attractive town suggests.

First Balloon is a pleasant game to look at, particularly during the buildup to takeoff. We simply wish the flight carried more of the town’s imagination into the sky.

First Balloon has an RTP of 97%, producing a theoretical house edge of 3%.

The maximum multiplier is 10,000x. The balloon must survive an exceptionally long ascent to reach values near that upper limit.

Earlier collection points provide smaller returns and require less time in the air. Waiting longer increases the possible payment while exposing the whole wager to the next stopping point.

Two betting panels allow the ascent to be approached with separate stakes or targets. Both bets still depend on one balloon and one generated result.

Recent multipliers are historical records only. A sequence of short journeys does not make a larger result more likely.
