FlyX Review

FlyX is a superhero-themed crash game developed by Buck Stakes Entertainment and distributed through Games Global. Released in 2023, it follows a caped character whose flight accompanies a rising multiplier. Your job is to collect before he suddenly flies away, taking any uncollected wagers with him.

You can place two bets on the same round and collect them separately, either manually or using a preset cash-out target. The original game offers a maximum multiplier of 10,000x and commonly runs at 97% RTP, with the exact return depending on the operator’s version.

How to play FlyX

  1. Choose your stake. Set the amount you want to wager in the first betting panel, checking the limits available at your casino.

  2. Add a second bet if wanted. The other panel lets you place another wager on the same flight, with its own stake and cash-out controls.

  3. Set automatic collection. Enable Auto Cash Out and choose a target multiplier if you prefer automatic collection. It only pays if the flight reaches that target before ending.

  4. Place your wager. Press Bet during the betting window. Make sure each panel you intend to use has an accepted wager before the round begins.

  5. Follow the flight. The hero takes off and the multiplier increases. Leaving a bet active offers a larger possible return, with the risk that the round ends first.

  6. Collect before he disappears. Press Cash Out on each active panel to collect at the available multiplier. When the hero flies away, any wager you have not collected is lost.

Where available, Auto Bet repeats wagers across a chosen number of rounds. This is separate from Auto Cash Out, which controls collection during a flight. Check the settings on each panel before starting an automatic sequence.

The leaderboard displays recent wins, with an option to view your own results. It adds some context to the action, but previous payouts cannot predict the next outcome. FlyX Party is a separate multiplayer version, so its shared-round features should not be assumed to apply here.

FlyX - Design

FlyX gets the presentation right without making a huge production of it. The caped hero gives the game an immediately recognisable focal point, and the simple flight animation suits the equally straightforward action. We liked the overall finish. It feels like a complete, considered game, even if there is little here that will surprise an experienced crash player.

The original presentation uses an orange, helmeted character against a cloud-filled, grid-style background. There is a slightly old-school web-game feel to it, which works well enough for something built around one short, repeating sequence. The character supplies a little personality while the multiplier does the important work.

We also liked the music. It contributes to the presentation without needing an elaborate theme or storyline to justify its presence. Short audio cues mark the start of a round and the hero’s departure, giving the sound a practical role alongside the background music.

The two betting panels keep the main decisions easy to understand: how much to wager and when to collect each bet. FlyX also supports portrait and landscape play on mobile, keeping the betting and cash-out controls available alongside the action. That straightforward layout is a sensible fit for a game where you need to read the situation quickly.

Originality is the limitation. Swapping an aircraft for a superhero gives FlyX its own face, but the underlying visual rhythm is familiar. We would have welcomed more character or variation as the flight progresses. As it stands, the presentation is pleasing and functional, with enough polish to make repetition comfortable rather than especially memorable.

FlyX - Win Potential

At 97% RTP, FlyX has a theoretical house edge of 3%. The 98% version reduces that to 2%, so checking the information panel at your chosen casino matters. RTP describes a theoretical return across a very large volume of play. It does not indicate what you should expect to get back from an individual session.

The original game’s maximum multiplier is 10,000x. That is a multiple of your stake, not a fixed cash prize. Your potential payment depends on your wager and any applicable payout restriction in the operator’s rules.

Stakes commonly range from 0.10 to 20, although some operators offer different limits. Check those alongside the maximum-payment terms before treating the headline multiplier as an amount you could receive.

Your main risk decision is how long to leave a wager active. Collecting earlier accepts a smaller return; waiting gives the multiplier more time to grow, but also leaves your stake exposed to the round ending. A flight can finish before your chosen target, so even a modest Auto Cash Out setting does not protect the bet from loss.

Two betting panels give you more control over how you divide your stake and when you collect. They do not improve the RTP or create two independent flight outcomes. Both wagers remain exposed to the same round until collected, and using both panels increases your total stake unless you split an existing budget between them.

The hero’s animation, recent results and other players’ wins offer no reliable clue about the next ending point. Neither manual timing nor automatic collection removes the house edge.

What we like

  • Two betting panels allow separate stakes and cash-out targets on the same flight.
  • The clear presentation and music suit the gameplay.
  • The 97% standard RTP and 10,000x maximum multiplier are pretty decent

What we don't like

  • The superhero theme adds little mechanical distinction from established crash games.

The bottom line

3.9/5

We like FlyX for getting the basics right. The presentation is tidy, the music works and the familiar cash-out decision remains easy to enjoy. It sits comfortably alongside straightforward favourites such as Aviator and JetX, even if it offers little reason to rethink what a crash game can be.

That familiarity is also its biggest weakness. Games Global’s backing gives it a strong platform, but the game itself still has to earn repeat visits. For us, its clean execution does enough: this is a dependable choice when you want uncomplicated crash action. The hero may wear a cape, but the appeal is refreshingly ordinary.

Yes. You can place two wagers on the same flight and cash them out separately. Both are affected by the same round-ending event, so the second panel does not improve the game’s RTP.
