Feed the pig, collect coins, buy protection and battle for Hero status in a crash game so packed with features that even its mascot looks ready to burst.
Released in May 2025, Pigaboom is a multiplayer crash game distributed by XUP Studio. A hungry pig consumes coins and grows increasingly large while the multiplier rises, eventually exploding and ending the round.
The familiar cash-out decision is surrounded by an extraordinary collection of features. Four Bonus Buy options introduce the Lock, Insurance, Wild and Boom Bonuses, while Coin Collection, Mystery Rounds, Mystery Drops and the Hero Jackpot provide additional rewards during regular play.
Pigaboom has an RTP of 97% and a maximum multiplier of 30,000x. It uses provably fair technology and has received Gaming Laboratories International certification for its RNG and game mathematics.
Pigaboom can be played as a standard crash game or with one of its four Bonus Buy options. The selected mode changes the cost and potential outcome of the round.
Choose the stake: Set the amount before the betting period finishes.
Select a Bonus Buy if required: The Lock, Insurance, Wild and Boom Bonuses provide different payment rules. A standard wager can also be placed without buying a feature.
Place the bet: Confirm the wager and wait for the pig to begin eating.
Watch the multiplier increase: Coins move towards the pig as it grows larger. The value available to an active standard bet continues rising until the round crashes.
Collect the return: Press Cash Out before the pig explodes to receive the stake multiplied by the displayed value.
Lose an unprotected bet: A standard wager that remains active when the pig explodes is lost. Locked, insured and automatically settled bonus returns follow their separate rules.
Lock Bonus
The Lock Bonus allows a multiplier to be secured while the wager remains active. The player can continue beyond that point without losing the locked return if the pig subsequently explodes.
This is a fantastic addition. Most crash games force an immediate choice between collecting everything and risking everything. Lock creates a third option by protecting an existing prize while preserving access to a larger return.
Insurance Bonus
Insurance provides a guaranteed multiplier and protects the wager against an early crash according to the value offered. The insured return settles under the feature’s rules rather than leaving the entire amount dependent on a manual collection.
We had not encountered anything quite like it in another crash game. It changes the consequences of an early explosion and gives players a completely different way to approach a volatile round.
Wild Bonus
The Wild Bonus accelerates multiplier growth by applying an additional value that can reach 100x. Coins are also collected more quickly while the feature is active.
Its faster progression creates access to larger displayed returns within a shorter period, although the increased feature cost must be considered before entering the round.
Boom Bonus
The Boom Bonus, also called To-the-Boom, automatically settles the wager at the multiplier where the pig explodes. The payment is capped at 150x.
This removes the normal need to collect before the crash. The player is instead betting on the explosion occurring at a worthwhile multiplier, with the feature applying its own cost and maximum.
Coin Collection, Mystery Rounds and Hero Jackpot
Coins are gathered as the pig eats during a round. Once collected, they remain in the player’s coin balance even if the main wager later crashes.
Mystery Rounds introduce additional coin rewards through Mystery Drops. A qualifying multiplier creates a prize pool for eligible players who remain active when the required point is reached.
The Hero Jackpot becomes relevant once the multiplier passes 10x. The last three players to collect before the crash become Round Heroes and receive additional coins, with the closest successful exit taking the leading position.
Live bets, recent results and chat provide a record of the surrounding multiplayer activity. They show what other participants are doing without revealing when the pig will explode.
Pigaboom’s central animation is simple and wonderfully effective. Coins fly into the pig’s mouth, its body becomes larger and larger, and the inevitable explosion finishes the round.
Watching the pig grow provides an obvious visual warning that the game is becoming increasingly precarious. By the time it reaches an absurd size, it looks as though it could burst at any moment.
The character has plenty of personality. Its enthusiasm for devouring coins makes the increasing multiplier amusing to watch, while the eventual explosion delivers a suitably ridiculous ending (assuming you haven't lost your bet).
Coin Collection is integrated particularly well. The pig physically eats the rewards associated with the feature, connecting the secondary coin system to the character and animation.
Mystery Drops and the Hero display add more activity around longer rounds. They also give players something else to follow while the multiplier is rising, especially once the game passes 10x and the final Hero positions become available.
There is a great deal of information to accommodate. Bonus selections, protected values, coins, multiplayer activity and potential returns can all be relevant during the same session. XUP Studio organises them sensibly, though understanding every symbol and feature takes time.
Pigaboom has more features than some online slots, let alone other crash games. Remarkably, the presentation remains coherent despite everything happening around the increasingly enormous pig.

Pigaboom has an RTP of 97%, producing a theoretical house edge of 3%. That is a competitive return for a crash game with such an extensive feature set.
The game can reach a maximum multiplier of 30,000x. Values near that ceiling require an exceptionally rare round, and the pig can explode before the multiplier produces a return.
Lock Bonus changes the normal all-or-nothing risk. Once a value has been secured, a later crash does not remove that protected prize, allowing the player to continue without placing the whole active return in danger.
Insurance provides another form of protection by guaranteeing a stated multiplier under the feature’s rules. Its cost must be included when assessing the eventual profit rather than looking only at the insured payment.
Wild Bonus can increase the pace of multiplier growth by as much as 100x. Faster growth can produce larger displayed values before the crash, but the feature costs considerably more than a regular wager.
Boom Bonus automatically pays at the crash point and is capped at 150x. A round that crashes above that value still settles at the feature ceiling.
Coins provide an additional return that can survive the loss of the main bet. Their value is linked to the wager, and the accumulated balance operates separately from the standard cash-out payment.
Mystery Drops and Hero rewards create more routes to a return. The Hero system particularly favours players who collect close to the crash, though remaining active long enough to qualify carries a substantial risk.
The Bonus Buys are paid features rather than free advantages. Their higher costs can make a single round considerably more expensive, so the complete amount being wagered should be checked before confirming one.
Recent multipliers, Mystery Rounds and previous Hero positions do not predict the next explosion. Every round produces a new result regardless of what the pig has done previously.
Pigaboom blew our socks off with one of the deepest collections of meaningful features we have encountered in a crash game. Lock Bonus is the standout, allowing players to protect a return while continuing beyond it, rather than choosing between collecting everything and leaving the full amount at risk. Insurance provides another genuine safety net, while Wild and Boom Bonuses either accelerate the multiplier or turn the crash point itself into the payment.
Coin Collection, Mystery Drops, the Hero Jackpot and Bonus Buys add even more possibilities beyond the standard rising multiplier. Crucially, these features change how individual rounds work instead of providing cosmetic variations on the same decision. Pigaboom is among the most thoroughly considered crash games available, delivering exceptional long-term variety and setting a new standard for how much can be built around the format.
Pigaboom has an RTP of 97%, equivalent to a theoretical house edge of 3%.
Lock secures a reached multiplier while allowing the wager to continue. Insurance provides a guaranteed payment under the multiplier and conditions offered by the feature.
The standard game can reach 30,000x. Separate feature limits apply, including a maximum payment of 150x through the Boom Bonus.
