Galaxsys Gift Box Makes In-Game Rewards Interactive
Galaxsys has launched Gift Box, a promotional feature that lets players collect bonuses through in-game chat and share rewards with others.
The tool gives casinos two ways to deliver promotions. They can distribute Gift Boxes through the chat during a campaign, while players can also share boxes with fellow participants. Both formats bring bonus collection directly into the game.
Each box contains a limited number of rewards and remains open for a set claiming period. Players can see the bonus amount, how many claims remain and the time left to collect one. Each player can claim a particular box once.
Rewards come in two forms, Free Bets or Free Amounts, and can only be used in games selected for the promotion. Once a bonus is claimed, a separate validity period begins, giving the player a specified number of days to use it.
If rewards remain when the claiming window closes, the system can automatically distribute them among active players.
Casinos control the campaign dates, participating games, reward quantities and claiming periods, as well as how long collected bonuses remain valid. These settings allow promotions to be tailored to particular games and audiences.
Galaxsys says Gift Box is intended to encourage more interaction around its games and support player retention. For players, the feature adds a way to receive and share promotional rewards within the chat.
